CDR Presents: A Conversation with Meek Mill. Shine Travis takes CDR to Philly to visit with one of the city's hottest emerging artists; MEEK MILL. Meek has been a rising name in Philly's Hip Hop scene with his hit "In My Bag" and then making news a few months ago when T.I. announced him as the next artist on his label Grand Hustle. Since then Meek has finished serving a stint in jail and is ready to take over the charts with his newest project Flamers 2.5 and is currently readying his Flamers 3 Album with DJ Drama.
